Move & Bloom began with a simple wish: to make space in the week for something that feels both good for the body and good for the soul.
We host boutique daytime gatherings in Luxembourg — half a day to move, breathe and then be properly looked after. No late nights, no pressure, no performance. Just a graceful class followed by something restorative, shared with a small group of like-minded people.
The format never changes, even as the seasons do: first you move — ballet fitness, mindful movement, mindful flow or recovery & stretch, with teachers who genuinely meet beginners where they are. Then you bloom — and what that means is different every time. One arc, endlessly re-imagined.
We keep groups small on purpose. It’s how strangers become the people you save a seat for, and how a Tuesday can feel like a tiny holiday. Come as you are, leave a little lighter.
