Cancellation Policy
The short version: tickets aren't refundable, but they are transferable — and if we cancel, you get your money back.
If you can’t make it
Tickets are non-refundable. Because our groups are small and places are reserved with the venue in advance, we cannot refund a ticket when someone can’t attend — whatever the reason.
You can, however, give your place to someone else: a friend, a colleague, anyone who’d love the day. Email us at hello@moveandbloom.lu before the event with their name and email, and we’ll update the guest list. There is no charge for this.
If we cancel
If we have to cancel an event — for example if too few places are sold or the venue becomes unavailable — you receive a full refund of your ticket price, normally within ten working days, to the payment method you used.
If we reschedule
If an event moves to a new date, your ticket stays valid for the new date automatically. If the new date doesn’t work for you, tell us within 14 days of the announcement and we’ll refund you in full.
