Plain language, no surprises — this is what you agree to when you buy a ticket.
Who we are

Booking and payment
Tickets are sold through Ticket Tailor, with payment processed securely by Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once payment is complete and you receive the confirmation email. Prices are in euros and include VAT. Early-bird prices apply only to bookings made within the dates shown on the event page.
Tickets are non-refundable — but transferable
Tickets cannot be refunded if you can no longer attend. You may pass your ticket to another person instead: email us at hello@moveandbloom.lu before the day of the event so we can change the name on the list. See the Cancellation Policy for what happens if we have to cancel.
Health and participation
Our classes are real workouts — challenging, but adaptable to all levels, and beginners are welcome. You take part at your own responsibility: please make sure you are in adequate health, follow the teacher’s and venue staff’s instructions, and tell us in advance about anything we should know (injury, pregnancy, medical condition). If in doubt, check with your doctor first. The minimum age is 16.
Photos and video
We take photos and short videos at our events and may use them on the Move & Bloom website and social media. By attending, you agree that you may appear in them. If you prefer not to be photographed, simply tell us on the day (or email us beforehand) and we will make sure you are left out — no questions asked.
Programme changes
The schedule and activities may occasionally need small adjustments for operational reasons (for example a venue or weather constraint). If a change is significant, we will tell you as soon as possible.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an event is limited to the price of your ticket. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
